Creative Writing 4 Fun

The new Creative Writing group is now flourishing. We meet on the second Wednesday of the month at 2.30 in group members homes.

Each month we choose a topic to write about 500 on, in time for the next meeting. So far we have covered a wide range of topics including : 'The Orchid', 'A letter of apology', 'The Path', 'It nearly didn't happen', 'A Biscuit' and 'Do I need glasses'? Each meeting lasts for about 2 hours when we share and discuss our 'homework'. We also enjoy coffee and cake!

This is a relatively new group for people who enjoy creative writing and would like to develop their skills. The emphasis is on fun and experimenting with different types of creative writing. There is also an opportunity to discuss each others work. If you would like to get your creative juices flowing, why not come and try one of our meetings?
