NEW MEMBERS:

You can bring this (along with any cheque payments) to our next monthly members meeting (third Tuesday of the month) where you will be made very welcome. Please remember to tick the box if you can pay using Gift Aid - it makes a big difference to our funds

Please note, we need your signature on the form to authorise us to reclaim the Gift Aid allowance, if applicable.
